The initial service charge covers travel to the location and the first hour on site for diagnosis and service. If additional time is needed after that first hour, the hourly labor rate for the selected service level applies.
* Extended service-area calls include the listed initial charge. Depending on distance traveled, additional travel time may be billed based on the service level selected. Any additional travel charge will be confirmed before service is scheduled.
New direct customers receive 50% off the initial service charge and up to the first two labor hours on their first standard service visit.
